Equipment summary: this equipment is made of stainless steel and of good appearance and easy operation. One-time spraying, cleaning and blowing can be made on this machine. It has low labor strength and good cleaning result.

4. ZQK-45 model multi-function ultrasonic cleaning machine

Range of application: small sized machinery part, such as oil nozzle, oil pump, hydraulic pneumatic component.
Process flow: hot surfing tank→ultrasonic rough cleaning tank→ultrasonic fine cleaning tank→ultrasonic rinsing tank
Equipment summary: cleaning speed of this machine can be adjusted and parts cleaned come in and out at the same window. The body has four cleaning tanks: the first, second, third tank has heating device and temperature can be adjusted. Heating methods are vapor heating, electric heating which can be selected randomly by transfer switch. Automatic cleaning of equipment can be realized by PLC programming controller and frequency converter.

Equipment summary: this machine is mainly composed of spraying cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, drying. PLC frequency control, automatic control of heating device temperature, work delay time can be set randomly. Liquid can be added automatically for each low level. Automatic overflow will occur for high level. The whole machine adopts separated type design, which fully solves inconvenience in transportation and installation of large sized equipments. Control box of electrical appliances is located in the machine frame making the appearance good. It is of stainless steel structure and acid and alkali proof.

Range of application: cleaning of inner and outer walls of metal pipes, such as automobile industry, air-conditoner compressor industry
Process flow: hot dipping degreasing→ultrasonic cleaning→rinsing→hot rinsing→drying
Equipment summary: transmission by mechanical arm, surfing is set in hot dipping tank, frequency control is adopted for ultrasonic cleaning, multiple frequencies and ultrasonic are combined. Both powerful cleaning and fine cleaning can be made. Overflow cycling device is set on the tank and circulation volume can be adjusted. DI water slow dragging hot wind drying system is adopted for drying.
